Rates

High Season - June 15 to September 15 minimum 2 nights* weekly rental rate (Mon-Sun, or Friday PM through Thurs)	$220/night $1,200/week
Low Season - September 16 to December 14, April 16 to June 14 weekly rental rate (Mon thru Sun or Fri pm thru Thursday) Special 4 for 2 night deal!!!! Good from September through December except on all holidays noted.	$190/night $1,100/week
Ski Season - December 15 to April 15 minimum 2 nights* weekly rental rate (Mon thru Sun or Fri pm thru Thursday)	$195/night $1,100/week
Thanksgiving 2008 - 4 night minimum	$900, plus cost for any extra nights, please call.
Oregon Spring Break - 5 night minimum	$1,110
Confirmed reservations require 50% deposit with balance due one week prior to arrival.  A $100 cleaning fee will be charged. Oregon State & County tax of 8% applied and collected with balance due.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older
Swimming and tennis passes are available for renters whose minimum stay is one week.
No Smoking and No Pets

*2 night stays must include weekend with arrivals only on Friday p.m. or Saturday and departures no later than Monday a.m.
